Rates for Conference Rooms and Private Dining.
All our function rooms can be hired for either half or full days or 24 hours.
Our daily Conference Package is charged per person, the function room/rooms
allocated to you dictated by your numbers and needs. The package includes:
- Private Conference Room/Rooms hire
- Personal pick up from train station as arranged
- Tea/Coffee on arrival, as well as personal greeting from the management,
and introductory tour of our historic Hotel
- Mid Morning Tea and Pastries
- Luncheon. Cold Meats Buffet, Finger Buffet or Two Course Table D’Hote
- Afternoon Tea with a variety of Pastries.
- Set up of Conference/Dining Room tailored to your requirements,
including stationary and conference equipment. VCR, DVD, Overhead Projector.
- Free Parking
- Extensive Free Wireless Access
- VAT
Daily Rate @ £25.00 per Person.
Alternatively you may wish to take advantage of our 24 hour package. Our
idyllic setting lends itself perfectly to this extended option. The package
includes:
- Private Conference Room/Rooms hire
- Personal pick up from train as arranged
- Tea/Coffee on arrival as well as personal greeting from the management ,
and introductory tour of our historic Hotel.
- Mid Morning Tea and Pastries
- Luncheon. Either Cold Meats Buffet, Finger Buffet or Two Course Table
D’Hote
- Afternoon Tea with a variety of Pastries
- Set up of Conference/Dining Room tailored to your requirements,
including stationary and conference equipment. VCR, DVD, Overhead Projector
- Three Course Table D’Hote Evening Dinner
- Over-night Accommodation
- Full English Breakfast with choice of Newspaper
- Free Overnight Parking
- Extensive Free Wireless Access
Over-night Rate @ £ 95.00 per person
The hire of our function rooms for private conference or dining only is
charged as follows.
The Reading Room: Half Day £50.00. Full Day £ 90.00
The Lounge: Half Day £75.00. Full Day £ 140.00
The Queens Hotel also offers full disabled access at both entrances. I do hope
