Many thanks for organising our evening on 12th March so well. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves and we managed to keep it a surprise for Mum who was thrilled.

I always enjoy staying at the Queens Hotel in Penzance Cornwall with all its traditional ambience. There are too few traditional family run, independent, local community respected hotels in Britain today, long may the queens hotel be a shining beacon of welcoming atmospheres, good service and comforting surroundings. On behalf of my wife and myself I am writing to formally express our thanks for the most excellent manner in which the Queens hotel handled the arrangements for our daughters wedding in Cornwall
Not only did everything run according to plan but the food was prepared and served to a high standard (and served piping hot).
Many people were involved in this including chefs, waiters and waitresses. All of them did the Queens hotel proud.
Many of the guests attending the wedding reception stayed at the Queens Hotel and all commented on the high standard of accommodation, the food, service and warm welcome they received on arrival. All of this made the special day extra special. Once again, many thanks.

Julian is a very kind and considerate gentleman. The flowers and layout of the table was perfect, in fact the whole room gave off a warm welcoming air. I am writing to say thank you for making my Seventieth Birthday such a memorable
one, thanks to your superb organisation and planning of the event.
When my daughters and I walked into the room which you had prepared for the
Dinner we were absolutely delighted with everything. The room looked delightful,
and the layout and setting of the table was beautiful. The colours of the
flowers, the slips, and the balloons all co-ordinated, looked wonderful, and all
my friends and relatives commented on this.
The meal was excellent, and your staff couldn't have been more helpful,
especially Trudy. We had plenty to both eat and drink, and the service was
extremely good. So thank you once again for making it such an enjoyable evening
for all of us.

successful dinner dance on Tuesday December 11.
Everything was exactly as we could have wished and the meal was superb. The
staff was extremely efficient, friendly and courteous. Every member who attended
has asked me to pass on his or her thanks for a very enjoyable evening.

Dear Sir, I was with the Elderhostel group that stayed at The Queen's Hotel from
9/19 - 9/25, and I wanted to let you know just how much I enjoyed my stay. This
was made possible by the attitude of your entire staff. Everyone went out of his
or her way to make certain that we received the best service possible.
I am very thankful that a decision was made to move our tour from a hotel in
Tintagel to yours in Penzance. I know that I would not have enjoyed a stay there
nearly as much as I enjoyed my stay in Penzance.
