Just a note to thank you all so much for the amazing day that you gave us on Saturday. It more than surpassed our expectations and from what we hear, everyone had a fabulous evening. The food received so many compliments. Your staff worked tirelessly and we are truly grateful.

Thank you very much indeed for all the excellent arrangements you made for this
function. Everyone enjoyed themselves - you had even laid on brilliant sunshine
which made the whole occasion really special!
The hotel decorations were greatly appreciated and in particular it was so nice
to have crackers and paper hats and a general atmosphere of fun.
I run Reunions, on a regular basis, throughout the South West and I can assure
you that the standards of care received by the people attending the Reunion was
above average at this particular function.

Thank you for the lovely buffet and drinks you provided for my mothers funeral reception yesterday. Everyone commented on the excellence of the food, there was plenty of it even though we had more people than we originally expected. The whole atmosphere in that delightful room overlooking the sea was very tranquil and calming after the sadness of the funeral.
Thank you so much for your care and thoughtfulness in every respect of the reception, it was just perfect.

We have had meetings at the Queens hotel before so we knew the food would be excellent but the attention to details of you and Trudi made it a couple of days to remember. The Queens Hotel staff are to be congratulated on their helpfulness and cheerfulness. The waiting staff were very efficient and unobtrusive, the kitchen staff must have worked hard with the numbers and the reception staff and housekeeping staff were very helpful. Those who stayed were well satisfied with their rooms. I suspect you may well have further business from this event. I hope you do because you deserve it.
